Kindly allow us 7 to 18days ( as per product) for dispatch. However shipping time is completely depend the courier.
HappytrendcraftStore is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Once we hand out the product over to our logistic partners, it is out of our purview and under the responsibility of the courier agency to make the delivery successfully.
If your tracking id says your parcel has been delivered & you can't find it OR your package is delayed ,please call your local courier partner which ever is carrying your order will definitely help you.
